What services does Petra Loan Servicing provide?
As the third-party servicer for your loan, we will:
Process monthly interest payments and other fees
Issue monthly loan statements (if instructed by your lender)
Send you payment reminders
Handle delinquency notifications
Attempt to contact you by phone and email is your loan becomes delinquent
Process payoff requests and statements
Manage your loan reconveyance
